Your challenge

As a Commercial Alliance Lead, your focus is on partner relationship, prospect engagement, and revenue growth. This includes building joint sales pipelines and ensuring the partner successfully sells to the end customer.

You are responsible for:

  • Positioning OMP as the “go to” partner for supply chain digitalization within the scope and industries we focus on.
  • Developing strategic partnerships with identified alliance partners, and establishing viable short- and long-term growth opportunities with them.
  • Working out plans to convert opportunities into new business, revenue, and market share.
  • Identifying and executing new partnerships that lead to potential co-creation.
  • Working with account executives to engage with partners to identify, develop, and execute innovative partnership growth opportunities.
  • Fostering a strong working relationship with partner stakeholders, especially across sales, marketing, and product strategy.
  • Ensuring effective governance and management of our relationships, including periodic alliance partner business and revenue reviews.
  • Interpreting contracts, managing contractual obligations, establishing and monitoring metrics and milestones, and negotiating changes to contracts and agreements.

Your team

As our new Commercial Alliance Lead, you’ll be part of the Customer Solutions team. Customer Solutions helps customers master their supply chain by finding and implementing innovative solutions. Our team adds value, brings calm to the customer’s work floor, and raises satisfaction for everyone involved.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 5-8 years of alliance management, technology sales, business development, or consulting services with a proven track record in growing revenues through alliances.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence when presenting at the executive level.
  • Self-starter with the ability to set priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of your time for alliance meetings and conferences.
