Your challenge

As an Advisory Manager, you guide a team of advisory consultants who are committed to improving our customers’ supply chain design. Your team grows OMP’s advisory offering by developing high-level solution concepts, providing supply chain planning blueprints, and supporting the continuous improvement of our solution.

You are responsible for:

• Developing and tracking business cases for advanced planning solutions.
• Performing maturity checks at organizations.
• Understanding and designing as-is and to-be planning processes.
• Assisting in business strategy as needed.
• Visiting customers around the world and managing their expectations.
• Validating, guiding, and coaching your team of advisory consultants.
• Managing your teams’ activities, scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Keeping your team focused on results in terms of quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.

You work closely together with the Business Development team, project managers, solution architects, and our customers.
