Your challenge

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you manage installations and organize training sessions on our supply chain planning solution for our customers, alliance partners, and colleagues in the US regional office.

You’re responsible for:


  • Maintaining the US training schedule in our internal learning management system (LMS).
  • Coordinating with OMP trainers and our office team in preparation for onboarding or customer training.
  • Processing customer inquiries and training subscriptions.
  • Following up on training feedback and evaluations with trainers and participants.
  • Coordinating the approach and processes with the team in the head office.
  • Supporting our coaches when creating a training plan for new hires.


  • Installing and testing training environments for participants.
  • Offering tier-one support for training environments during active training sessions.
  • Acting as the central contact for US training installation needs and input in alignment with our ICT & Database team.

You work closely with experienced colleagues who help you master our training processes and understand the content of our training offer.

Your team

As our new Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Training & Documentation team, which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the Product Design team. Product Design drives our product road map, based on a strong future vision and deep technologic overview. The team makes the blueprints for our solution’s functionality and shares OMP’s vision and expertise with customers and colleagues alike.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from experience.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • An administrative background with experience in scheduling and managing multiple calendars and projects.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and all levels of management.
  • Coordination and/or project management experience.
  • An affinity for IT.
  • An eager-to-learn attitude and the ability for conceptual thinking.
  • A friendly team player.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of supply chain solutions.
  • General knowledge of databases or experience in IT.
