Your challenge
As a Marketing Coordinator, you join our growing international company to provide essential support and assistance for our Marketing & Communication and Commercial teams. You help them to maintain our online community of prospects and customers.
You are responsible for:
- Coordinating and expanding the activities of the OMP Community through its online platform, councils, webinars, OMP Conferences, and customer surveys.
- Supporting the Commercial team with asset creation, coordination of flows, and procedures, etc.
- Researching the best platforms to promote our commercial offering, such as exhibitions, magazines, and conferences.
- Building and maintaining press relations.
- Giving advice on our subscriptions to publications and websites.
- Taking responsibility for our marketing materials, including managing workflows to ensure all input is delivered on time and within budget.
- Being responsible for the information portal on our corporate website for prospects, customers, and alliances.
Your team
As our new Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Marketing & Communications team. Our team engages the conversation with internal and external stakeholders. We shape our communications and build the OMP brand.Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining an online community where you engage with prospects and customers.
- An assertive yet flexible approach to working within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- An eager-to-learn-attitude and drive to get things done.
- A sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned projects.
Bonus points if you:
- Knowledge of the supply chain sector or IT.
