Your challenge

As a Service Manager, you act as liaison between the customer and OMP’s customer services department.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining existing business with a specific customer.
  • Improving customer services (support) and enhancing customer satisfaction by collaborating with different teams.
  • Preparing and chairing service meetings with specific customers regarding SLA performance and incident escalation.
  • Discussing collaboration improvements for both OMP and our customers.

As our new Service Manager, you‘ll be part of the Customer Services team. Customer Services watches over business continuity. We solve issues before they turn into problems and ensure flawless maintenance and upgrades. Thanks to our hotline user support, documentation, and long-term application management, we keep everything running smoothly.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • A master’s degree or similar by experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience within a customer services department.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and a fluency in English.
  • A service-minded and flexible work attitude. You are not a nine-to-five kind of person.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Negotiating is second nature to you.

Bonus points if you:

  • A similar previous job experience.
