Recognize yourself in either of these profiles?
Travel requirements vary based on the specific role you’ve chosen. While software engineers typically work primarily from our offices, consultants often engage in business trips and onsite customer meetings. For roles that involve extensive travel, such as consultants, you may spend up to 50 percent of your time on the road, depending on project requirements. Additionally, if you are working remotely, you might need to travel occasionally to the OMP office in your home country and, in some cases, even to our headquarters in Belgium. Your specific travel expectations will be discussed with your recruiter to ensure alignment upfront.
For most consulting positions, experience in or knowledge of supply chain planning is required. This will be clearly stated in the vacancy text. For tech and product roles, industry experience is often not mandatory, but it’s always an asset. You’ll learn about supply chain planning as part of your training program. Familiarity with the industries our customers operate in can be helpful, especially in commercial and industry roles, but it isn’t essential for every position.
