This year, we are celebrating ten years of progress, shaped by a team that has learned and evolved together with the market. What began with a single desk and a few determined pioneers has become a team of nearly forty colleagues, each bringing curiosity, energy, and commitment to everything we do.
From the very beginning, our growth has always been centered on our people. Continuous investment in coaching, structured learning programs, and well-defined career paths has empowered our colleagues to build confidence, deepen expertise, and take ownership of their work. This coaching mindset is a core part of our culture, where experienced consultants guide new joiners, challenges are solved together, and growth is encouraged at every step.
Yu Zhang, who joined in 2013, has witnessed this journey firsthand. “There was no real office at the start, only a desk and a lot of teamwork,” she recalls. “With much help from our European offices, we built a solid foundation that’s collaborative, engaged, and ready for new opportunities. The culture here is open and nurturing, where you can grow and feel proud of your impact.”

Today, our team brings together colleagues with backgrounds from China, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and the United States, combining different perspectives, educational paths, and professional experiences. This global mindset enriches daily work and strengthens collaboration with OMP teams across the world.
Delivery consultants, customer service teams, platform specialists, and business development colleagues work closely together, sharing knowledge and supporting one another as we serve organizations across China and the broader APAC region. We believe that different perspectives lead to better ideas and stronger results.
To accommodate our continued growth and strengthen teamwork, we’re moving into a larger office this December. The new space offers modern facilities, flexible work areas, and room for future hiring. Every detail is designed to foster communication, learning, and innovation. Much like our relocation in 2018, this move reflects our long-term investment in our people and deep commitment to China and the APAC region.
