We’re proud to share that our colleague Enora Almeida has been nominated in the Rising Tech Star category at the She Goes ICT Awards by DataNews. This annual Belgian award celebrates young women who are shaping the future of technology and inspiring others to follow in their tracks. Enora stands out, not just for her technical expertise, but for her commitment to opening doors for more women in STEM through mentoring, advocacy, and hands-on guidance. Her nomination reflects the kinds of leadership our industry needs to build a more inclusive and innovative future.
Enora believes that innovation grows stronger when collaboration, empathy, and knowledge come together. Throughout her career, she has used this approach to help young women build confidence, find direction, and explore opportunities in tech.
By mentoring aspiring talent, sharing her experience, and supporting those taking their first steps in STEM, she actively contributes to a more diverse and representative next generation of technology professionals.
“Education is the foundation. If we want more women in tech, we need to start at the beginning by inspiring young girls to join engineering studies and showing them they belong.” – Enora Almeida
Voting is now open until January 4. Public votes will help determine the top five nominees and give Enora an even stronger platform to inspire future talent. By casting your vote, you contribute to celebrating talent, fostering collaboration, and supporting initiatives with a real impact on the tech community.
