We build sustainable careers

January 13

Sustainability starts with people. Our most recent sustainability commitment focuses on how we learn, grow, and make an impact, from transparent career paths and continuous feedback to social initiatives driven by our own people. At the same time, we continue to address our environmental impact and govern our business in a responsible manner. This is how we turn sustainability into something we experience every day when we’re at work.

Growing a career, not just a report

Our sustainability report isn’t just about long-term ambition. It’s about what we can do practically to shape how we work, how we grow, and how it feels to be here at OMP, now and for years ahead. From learning and feedback to inclusion and social impact, we’re making clear choices and holding ourselves accountable.

Growing a careerWe strongly believe that learning should be accessible, relevant, and useful, wherever we are, and whenever we can benefit from it. From 2026 on, we’ll be reviewing our learning programs every year to make sure they align with our real business and personal development needs, strengthening career coaching so that every individual can actively, with this support, take responsibility for developing their own career.

This should feel natural to all of us. That’s why we’re making internal and international mobility much more transparent and building clear career path matrices in every area of the organization. Career aspirations are becoming an established part of our continuous review and development process, backed up by tools that can track mobility interests openly and with consistency. By understanding what motivates us, we can better support career development from the inside. Our succession planning framework will continue to expand in every area of activity through 2026, creating even greater opportunities to progress internally.

Feedback as part of everyday work

We’re moving away from one-off annual reviews toward a system of continuous, constructive feedback. A new tool, currently being piloted, will be rolled out company-wide in 2026 to support regular individual face-to-face dialogue, team retrospectives, and continuous progress tracking. Alongside this, we’ll be coaching staff across the company on how to give and receive feedback respectfully and appropriately.

Inclusion built into how we work

Inclusion built into how we workWe believe everyone should feel valued, included, and be able to grow. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded within how we learn, hire, and work together. From 2026, DEI training will be part of onboarding and annual training. We’re updating job descriptions, training recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring our vacancies clearly reflect our commitment to inclusive and bias-aware hiring.

We’re also expanding support for underrepresented and neurodivergent employees through targeted initiatives, including employee resource groups, external partnerships, and closer monitoring of inclusive career progression.

Through partnerships such as Clusity, we actively support initiatives to encourage more women to explore careers in tech and supply chain. By sharing actual colleague stories, we aim to demonstrate how accessible and meaningful these career paths can be, and that impact can come in many forms.

Social impact, driven by our own people

We believe impact starts from within. That’s why our sustainability commitments give our people a genuine voice. Every year, 50% of our charity budget is allocated to initiatives nominated and voted on by employees, with a target of at least 85% participation to reflect diverse perspectives.

The remaining 50% of our charity budget supports causes aligned with our expertise and values, including access to STEM and digital education and environmental initiatives like reforestation, biodiversity conservation, and climate action. Through our new CSR organization, we empower our people to make a meaningful impact with their time, talent, and passion. For every two hours provided by OMP, staff contribute one personal hour, fostering shared ownership while keeping volunteering accessible.

We also take responsibility for the resources we use. In 2026, we will be partnering with a charity in the United States to donate reusable IT equipment, while continuing to promote reuse, donation, and responsible recycling.

By focusing on clear actions and involving our people every step of the way, we make sustainability something we live, not just something we publish.
