Your challenge

As a product architect supply planning, you leverage your extensive expertise to drive innovation across our global, cross-industry product portfolio. You lead large-scale, complex software development projects where your strong architectural vision guides and empowers our development team to create robust, future-proof designs and software. You oversee all development activities across a group of scrum teams, ensuring alignment and adherence to design standards while maximizing value delivery to our customers. You work closely with technical architects and product managers to ensure that our solutions not only meet market demands but continue to set new industry benchmarks.

You are responsible for:

  • Growing deep expertise in our supply planning product, offering, and markets across our core industries.
  • Collaborating with product managers and fellow product architects to align on the overall product vision, contributing to road maps and release plans.
  • Formulating a strong architectural vision and strategy that aligns with our product vision, inspiring development teams and stakeholders.
  • Creating effective development strategies, identifying quick wins, defining intermediate value-driven deliverables, and setting milestones for large development projects.
  • Assisting product owners and their scrum teams to break down high-level requirements into actionable backlogs, focusing on cross-team alignment and maximizing customer value.
  • Leading scrum teams in creating robust, future-proof software designs and effectively executing on these.
  • Offering expert support for customer projects within your domains of expertise.
Your challenge

About you

About you

  • A Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar. Experience can substitute for a degree.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or supply chain planning technologies.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar product development setting or in solution design/architecture.
  • Proven leadership skills combined with a track record of effectively guiding and inspiring others.
  • A strong advocate of agile development principles.
  • A passion for improving software solutions and delivering tangible added value.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Software engineering experience.
  • Prior experience in one of our core industries.
  • Specialization in supply chains.
  • Relevant experience in cloud-native technologies, streaming frameworks, service-oriented architecture, and API development.
  • But most of all, you are fun to work with and a great team player!
