Your challenge

As a senior product consultant integration, you use your expertise in our data management and integration product components to bring strategic, cross-industry product features to the market. In close collaboration with key account customers and our delivery teams, you design and implement innovative solutions and share best practices within your area of expertise. You also focus on the continuous feedback loop for our product organization to ensure smooth rollouts in the future.

 

You’re responsible for:

  • Growing deep expertise in one of our core product functions: data management & integration.
  • Designing and implementing strategic product features alongside key account customers.
  • Providing our delivery teams with specialist product support on the latest advances in our product and helping them with complex use cases.
  • Connecting with our commercial and delivery teams to identify potential matches between strategic product features and interested customers.
  • Collaborating with our development teams to ensure that what we develop makes the difference for our customers and can be smoothly rolled out to our wider customer base.
  • Leveraging your expertise in customer projects to help finetune our product roadmap.
  • Designing and building prototypes for specific customer or market problems.

 

 

 

About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

  • A Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar.
  • 7+ years of work experience in a similar or related function.
  • Great analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills as you will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders (customers, delivery teams, commercial teams, product owners and developers, and management).
  • A desire to take ownership of your projects.
  • Strong affinity with IT systems.
  • Basic programming skills.
  • The flexibility to travel.
  • Comfortable under deadlines and pressure.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Relevant working experience in supply chain planning or business software implementation.
  • Prior experience in one of our core industries.
