Your challenge
As our temporary Event Marketing Professional, you're responsible for the operations behind our in-person and virtual events, from planning and logistics to on-site execution, making sure every customer and prospect has a superb experience. Alongside this, you handle pre- and post-event promotion and lead follow-up.
You are responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks to support successful event operations.
- Coordinating events from planning through wrap-up, keeping every moving part on track and on schedule.
- Planning and executing pre- and post-event promotion, including email campaigns and landing pages with registration links.
- Implementing the marketing strategy for events, aligning our efforts with broader business objectives and agreed KPIs.
- Handling registrations, maintaining event documentation, and processing the leads in HubSpot for handoff to sales.
- Providing occasional on-site support to ensure smooth event execution.
About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats.
- An assertive yet flexible approach to working within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- An eager-to-learn attitude and a drive to get things done.
- A strong sense of responsibility when taking on new projects.
