Your challenge

As a Training Coordinator, you organize training sessions for our OMP colleagues, customers, and alliance partners. You coordinate and maintain our training planning, scheduling and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training processes and learning approach.

You are responsible for:

  • Processing training subscriptions for different audiences (internal employees, customers, alliance partners, competence centers, etc.).
  • Managing admin related to participants, teachers and room bookings for all trainings you are responsible for.
  • Following up on training feedback and evaluations with teachers and participants
  • Maintaining the training schedule in our internal learning management system (LMS).
  • Making the overall training planning including coordination of all rooms, teachers and sessions.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to follow up on new hire forecasting and streamline new hire onboarding, as well as to address inquiries on timelines and learning path
  • Supporting OMP team leads and coaches to create learning paths for new hires.
  • Introducing the learning trajectory to new hires once they join OMP.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • The ability to thrive in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling and managing multiple calendars.
  • Affinity with creating complex training schedules and planning.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience in working with different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • An affinity for working with specialized technology such as learning management systems (LMS).
  • The drive to get things done.
  • A service-minded attitude that values accuracy.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in learning and development.
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts.
