Your challenge

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you create and coordinate B2B campaigns supporting OMP’s enterprise software marketing across targeted industries around the globe. You turn complex supply chain and software insights into compelling digital campaigns across all formats and channels — emails, ad campaigns, websites, and more. Collaborating with stakeholders worldwide, you ensure campaigns generate leads and drive brand awareness.

 

You are responsible for:

  • Developing both lead generation and brand awareness ads for channels like LinkedIn and Google that translate technical input into clear benefit-driven messaging that resonates with multiple audiences in our target industries.
  • Creating high-quality B2B email campaigns for lead generation and nurturing, designed to reach target audiences with high open and click-through rates.
  • Guiding the advancement of OMP’s corporate website to drive leads and engagement with audiences such as customers, prospects, and potential employees. 
  • Analyzing, capturing, and communicating the effectiveness of all digital initiatives.
  • Coordinating inputs and approvals across industry experts, commercial and product teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), external suppliers, and executive management.
  • Working closely with other marketing team members in the US and EMEA to create highly coordinated industry- and innovation-focused campaigns.
  • Using AI responsibly to increase efficiency and quality while maintaining a human‑centered voice and editorial judgment.
Your challenge

About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing for enterprise software, SaaS, or complex technology, preferably in supply chain technology.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and a strong background in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience creating ad campaigns across multiple formats and channels.
  • The proven ability to collaborate globally, managing input from multiple stakeholders and leading others by translating vision and strategy into actions.
  • An interest in AI that is reflected in you staying current with modern AI content tools while ensuring content remains human, credible, and high quality.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities, adapting quickly, and coordinating teams in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Industry knowledge for example in chemicals or metals.
