Your challenge

As an ERP Application Owner, you take end-to-end ownership of the ERP platform (MS Dynamics 365 F&O, Navan Travel & Expense tool, additional connected ISV solutions for E-invoicing and banking), ensuring it supports OMP’s business processes, aligns with strategic goals, and continuously evolves through effective governance and roadmap management. You are the essential bridge with the business (finance and business administration), providing them with all the support they need to use these applications in the most optimal way. For future extensions / projects, you will play a key role in the project implementation team as well.

You are responsible for:

  • Owning the Dynamics 365 product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle.
  • Acting as the first line of support for the business, managing system issues and supporting business questions.
  • Keeping the system up to date, managing bugs and systems releases.
  • Managing roles, permissions, and access governance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
  • Validating solution designs and releases to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Defining and governing configurations, data models, and solution design.
  • Building reporting and supporting analytics (e.g Power BI).

 

 

 

Your challenge

About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP product and business process ownership.
  • Proven hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (e.g. financial processes in a SAAS and consulting business environment).
  • Knowledge of data modelling and reporting structures.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A plus if you have experience with Navan, Fabrics, Power BI, invoicing / banking solutions.
  • Experience in global ERP rollouts or transformations.
