Your challenge
As a Scrum Master, you dedicate yourself to one of our value creation teams where you coach the team towards self-steering, fostering continuous improvement following Scrum best practices. You also contribute to OMP’s agile journey.
You are responsible for:
- Organizing and facilitating the team’s Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the ceremonies are conducted effectively and the team follows Scrum practices.
- Removing blockers for the team by following up on KPIs, leading effective retrospectives, and tracking feedback.
- Coaching the team to adopt Scrum best practices, helping them to improve their self-organization, collaboration, and performance.
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
- Helping our coaches in the Agile community to facilitate the OMP continuing agile journey.

About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or another relevant field, or equivalent by experience.
- 3 - 5 years of experience within an Agile software development environment, with at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- An agile mindset and deep understanding of Scrum.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Scrum project management tool.
- Agile skills combined with a passion for coaching others in Agile methodologies.
- A passion for working in a multinational, product-driven environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Completed a Scrum Master globally recognized training or have a relevant certificate.
- Supply chain planning knowledge.
