Your challenge
As an HR Generalist, you provide employee support and act as the link between our business and various HR domains such as payroll, talent, compensation & benefits, and more.
Your are responsible for :
- Supporting employees in onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and files.
- Assisting with employee engagement + wellness activities and events
- Performing general HR administrative tasks
Your team
As our new HR Generalist, you’ll be part of the Human Resources team which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the Internal Services team.Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- Essential talents and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field/business
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR related role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, results-oriented, flexible, and conscientious attitude toward helping people, ensuring their satisfaction with HR services.
