Your challenge
As an HR Generalist, you provide employee support and act as the link between our business and various HR domains such as payroll, talent, compensation & benefits, and more.
Your are responsible for :
- Supporting employees in onboarding and offboarding.
- Assisting with employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR reporting and data analysis.
- Assisting with employee engagement + wellness activities and events
- Performing general HR administrative tasks
About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field/business
- 3+ years of experience in an HR related role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, results-oriented, flexible, and conscientious attitude toward helping people, ensuring their satisfaction with HR services.
