Your challenge
As an HR Officer, you provide employee support and act as the link between our business and various HR domains such as payroll, talent, compensation & benefits, and more.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting employees in onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Being the first point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with social legislation and company policies.
- Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and files.
- Following up on data regarding our car fleet and their drivers.
- Maintaining time and attendance management.
Your team
As our new HR Officer, you’ll be part of the Payroll team which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the HR team. Human Resources attracts, supports, and grows talent at OMP. On top of that, our team develops attractive benefits packages and international mobility programs in the interest of our employees.Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 2-5 years of HR experience
- Current knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), eBlox Payroll, and eBlox HR.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, results-oriented, flexible, and conscientious attitude toward helping people, ensuring their satisfaction with HR services.
