If that’s the case, you’ll love the job of Excellence coordinator for our One Stop Shop.

Your challenge

As an Excellence Coordinator you are the functional owner of our One Stop Shop platform. You coordinate and collect all types of documents from our global teams who are responsible for complex and advanced topics in different domains of expertise. These documents are published on our internal One Stop Shop platform.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing first line support, which includes Sharepoint questions, corrections to documents, and ChatGPT questions (e.g. how to ask questions).
  • Following up on the maintenance process of different documents, such as new releases and new documents.
  • Collecting feedback .
  • Connecting with different OMP project teams to collect project documentation for publication on our One Stop Shop.
  • Proposing improvement actions and new ideas.
  • Increasing user adoption of the platform and communicating actions towards new starters and experienced employees.
  • Reporting status updates, improvement actions, and adoption plans to senior leadership.
  • Coordinating other projects and initiatives (possible future role development).

As a Knowledge Excellence Coordinator, you’ll join the Learning Services Team. The Learning Services team supports knowledge building and knowledge management both at the side of the customers and within OMP.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years working experience.
  • Strong coordination skills and experience in steering small groups to achieve a specific goal.
  • Technical knowledge and skills gained either by education or experience.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with SharePoint in a business setting.
  • Knowledge about business usage of large language models.
  • Supply chain expertise.
  • Practical knowledge or experience of user adoption practices and methodology.
