Payroll Services Manager

Your challenge

As a Payroll Services Manager EU, you organize and steer all payroll and employee service processes and projects for Belgium (our HQ), as well as France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.  
In collaboration with our Payroll Manager for the other OMP affiliates (BR, CN, ES, IN, and US), you apply your industry knowledge to support our global Payroll/Employee Services team . This involves working with both internal customers and external stakeholders to ensure everything is accurate and correct. 

You are responsible for:
Managing the operations of all payroll and employee administrative processes for all Belgian and international staff located in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK (+/- 820 people).
Monitoring compliance with local laws and regulations (taking into account sectoral agreements) and internal OMP policies and procedures. This involves working very closely with the Compensation & Benefits and Immigration team.
Supporting and coaching the Payroll/Employee Services team in the performance of their tasks and responsibilities, while ensuring the motivation, commitment, and development of each team member.
Ensuring good cooperation, both with internal customers (employees, leads, finance and accounting, HR managers, business managers, etc.) and external partners and support services (social secretariat, government, insurance companies, etc.).
Leading payroll projects, including optimizing and implementing payroll and HR processes and systems.
Being the back-up and close collaborator of the Payroll Services Manager who is responsible for the payroll and employee services in the other OMP affiliates (+/- 380 people). A close and smooth cooperation between the two managers is crucial to achieve our predefined goals and obtain successes.
