We welcomed a group of new starters to OMP’s European offices this month, marking another step forward in our continuing growth globally. Greeted by other team members and individually assigned career coaches, the new colleagues took a tour of OMP HQ. It was the perfect way to kick-start their onboarding journey and set them up for success at OMP.

The onboarding process runs across 10-12 weeks and is designed to integrate professional and personal aspects of life at OMP seamlessly. We demonstrate our commitment to new employees through comprehensive training, customer project simulations, and ongoing hands-on coaching. With a dedicated coach available day-to-day to respond to practical or technical questions, new hires are fully supported as they take on their new roles with confidence.

The onboarding program is scheduled with care, so that new hires can focus on learning the tools, processes, and team dynamics without the pressure of immediate customer projects. New hires meet up again after four weeks, to share their experiences over drinks, strengthen connections, and contemplate the next steps in their OMP journey.
